Tilt Shift Photoshop Effect – Fake Miniature Models – Tutorial


I ran across the Tilt-Shift photoshop effect while browsing some photos on Flickr.com a few days ago. I was amazed at how you can turn real-life photos into fake miniature looking environments. It’s also pretty easy to do. Below is a video I put together showing a tutorial on how to create this effect.

The photos below were real photos I’ve taken over the years. Using the tilt-shift effect, I’ve created the illusion of fake miniature environments.

Blogging, The Best Thing Since Sliced Bread


Blogging today is huge. Since taking off around the year 2000, it’s become the best thing since slice bread. Well, to some of us at least. You wouldn’t believe the many people I come across who aren’t familiar with the true value of blogging. I run into people daily – website owners, clients, business professionals and employers that are still hesitant to jump all over this new tool. When I speak with people, I find that most haven’t realized the true benefit of blogging and how to use it to gain competitive advantage.
