Thanks Mike, I’m still learning so I haven’t actually started my career yet but this speech could help anyone like me who can be overwhelmed from the too many things to learn and sometimes find themselves a little discouraged in their learning path.

@Riccardo – Glad you appreciate the video and insight. Yes, it doesn’t matter where you are in your career, patience and persistence is key. Thanks bud for sharing your feedback.

This is what works for me with the stuff i learned from Mike

    1. Take a deep breath and regroup
    2. Create an action plan, follow it and have faith in myself
    3. Apply the techniques and ship ship ship

    Another great one Mike.

Nice to hear you mention age. I got started when in my early thirties. The first thing you hear is it’s a flooded market and you’ll hear it’s a young persons thing but maybe that’s ourselves saying it even more.

I’ve currently have work at rates I feel good about and am slowing increasing both my skills and take home pay. But it’s a slow victory march as they say. Thanks always for the motivation.

@Madere – You are 1000% dead on with those three points.

@Kris – You’re welcome bud, its not about being young or a certain age, its truly about value. What value you can bring to a company, business or individual. The value is in the execution of your work. Skill and patience, everyone’s golden opportunity comes at different times. Keep rockin’ and enjoy the journey.
