About Mike Locke

Mike Locke is currently a Lead UI/UX Designer for ADP. At ADP, he oversees all UI/UX initiatives for their Time and Labor Management solution, a $750 million dollar annual business. Prior to ADP, Mike worked for CBS Interactive, Yahoo!, FOX, Cars.com and Thomson Reuters. In addition to his day job, he spends time teaching, offering advice and sharing his knowledge to aspiring designers.

When not working, Mike enjoys spending time with his family, his wife Rebecca, a successful realtor for Coldwell Banker, son Preston and daughter Layla. He enjoys taking weekend trips to San Diego, Santa Barbara in addition to an annual trip to Maui, Hawaii.

Mike vlogs frequently on his YouTube channel about UI/UX Design related topics which has over 220 videos and over 5,200,000 total views. In addition to offering free advice on YouTube, he offers premium UI/UX training and courses online.

Aside from work and family, Mike is a huge Lakers fan and can be found discussing Lakers topics on his ‘Laker Talk’ youtube channel. In addition to being a sports fan, Mike loves relaxing at home and watching shows like Game of Thrones and Simi Valley on Sunday nights.
