Your tutorials are really clear. (I got here from babble). I watched your You Tube video on creating a custom home page template and have a question. Does the home page in that video need to include any php to be updateable? Or is the purpose of adding it here in this CMS video to allow the new page to be treated as a blog, where posting is possible? I hope my question makes sense.

Thanks for the feedback Jendi, glad you enjoyed my basketball analogy. … yes, the camera is the x-factor and not a lot of people understand the value and how to use it to their benefit. But the good side is, there's huge potentential for us video blogging consultants.

Thanks Fred, I agree. The video if anything would be the easiest to put together and possibly the best way to create transparency and authenticity. You're right, once people get to know you and feel they have met you, they're more likely to interact with you.

Great advice, I especially like the idea of video on the home page. I think this would make a site really different and also so much more personal. People always feel more comfortable working with someone they have met. And as you rightly point out, easy to do too.
